Cattle Decapitation

Blistering "Deathgrind" from San Diego, California. "Cattle Decapitation's songs protest the mistreatment and consumption of animals as well as the abuse of the environment." You will see this in the name, the album art (the coolest is "The Harvest Floor" to me), so they are not just gory for gores sake (for the most part).

Perhaps their name doesn't fit all that well considering the cause...

its the irony if you will. other bands have gross human gore related titles and they have this. the songs are related to what if humans were treated like cattle, and "cattle" can also be human.

I agree, it is an ironic name... also looking at the cover of the album, you see people as cattle... telling us that we´re the cattle following blindly what the system tell us to.
